TO:  Residents of Central Park subdivision                                                                 

FROM:  Adams Landscape Inc.

RE: Central Park Commons Beautification

 

 

   Adams Landscape Services, Inc., in cooperation with Kramer-Triad property management and the developer has begun the rejuvenation and beautification of the Central Park commons areas.  These improvements are being done at no cost to the homeowners whatsoever.  These improvements shall include:

 

  • Irrigation repairs
  • Dead and dying tree removal and disposal
  • Pruning existing trees
  • Remulching exiting trees
  • Regrading and installing topsoil
  • Reseeding with high quality turf grass
  • Monitoring and managing new turf until established

 

  The purpose of this letter is not only to inform those people who will benefit from these efforts but to further request the assistance of the homeowners in keeping the newly seeded areas free from any pedestrian traffic until the grasses are fully established.  Only this can ensure the survivability of the newly renovated areas that everyone can enjoy.   Please address any questions or concerns to the following email:
