KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT I hereby constitute and appoint ___________________________________________ (legal owner), my true and lawful attorney, agent and proxy, to vote as my proxy at the Annual Meeting of the members of Manors at Central Park Condominium Association, a non-profit corporation, to be held on the 15th day of January 2014 at the Shelby Township Municipal Building at 7:00 p.m. and adjournments thereof, upon any questions that may be brought before such meeting, including the election of Directors according to the number of votes I should be entitled to make if personally present.

INSTRUCTIONS

 

While it is important for everyone to be present at the Annual Meeting, we realize that attendance is not always possible due to prior commitments.  If this applies to you, please complete this General Proxy as follows:

  • If giving your completed Proxy form to a co-owner who will be attending the meeting – On the line provided, print the first and last name of the co-owner you are appointing to vote for you at the meeting.  Print and sign your name, print the date and your address (required) and unit number (optional) in the appropriate spaces. Give your completed Proxy to the designated co-owner.
  • If giving your completed Proxy to the Board to vote on your behalf – On the line provided, print “Board of Directors” as your appointee. Print and sign your name, print the date and your address (required) and unit number (optional) in the appropriate spaces. Give your completed Proxy to any Board member or send it to Kramer-Triad by mail (320 E. Big Beaver, Suite 190, Troy, MI 48083) or fax (248-879-5507). You are encouraged to submit a completed General Proxy even if you are unsure whether you will be able to attend that evening.  Your completed Proxy will be returned you at the door if you later decide to attend the meeting and vote in person.
