of 2004; the sales model is at the corner of Lexington South and West
Broadway across from the retention pond; the builder's
construction trailer is located on Lexington West near the lower left
corner of the photo.

Five duplexes have been completed in the 11 months since the previous photo was taken and no new basements are awaiting framing.
May 9, 2010
The original builder has been out of
business since early 2008 and the remaining unsold units were finished
and marketed by a second builder on behalf of the original
project lender. The lots for Units 1-14 were purchased by
that second builder in 2009 and since then, 4 of them have been
completed, along with Unit 123 on Regent.
June 21, 2011
More than a year later, only 2 more Units have been constructed (Units 2 and 4).
April 11, 2015
Nearly 4 years later, all of single
detached Units 1-14 have been completed and the second
builder is out of the picture. A third builder has just purchased the
remaining 47 vacant Units and the basement for duplex Units 152-153 has just been dug.
April 13, 2016
One year later, 7 new duplex Units are
completely framed and construction is underway on 4 more new Units, including the one on Lexington West
which will become the third builder's sales model.
April 7, 2017
The basements were dug later that month for the 4 remaining duplex Units. As of Sept. 27, 2017, only the southern-most duplex had not been framed.
