Annual Meeting Minutes

Call to Order:

Meeting was called to order at 7:08 pm.

Present:

Mark Abdo was representing the attorney’s office. Representing Kramer-Triad was Property Manager, Ryan Dorner and Assistants, Cristina Furicchia and Ed Oland.

Quorum:

Quorum required 35% or 258 units. Quorum was established with 291 sign-ins and/or proxies.

Board Member Elections:

There is one (1) open position for the Master Association from each of the following: Kensington at Central Park, Manors at Central Park, Meadows at Central Park and Gardens at Central Park totaling four (4) open positions.

Floor was opened to nominations from Gardens at Central Park: Two (2) people were nominated. They are Brian Pawlik and Brian Pesola.

Floor was opened to nominations from Kensington at Central Park: Three (3) people were nominated. They are Theodore McCoy, Ronald Idziak and Wendy Ludavicius. Ronald Idziak withdrew.

Floor was opened to nominations from Manors at Central Park: Michael Grobbel was nominated.

Floor was opened to nominations from Meadows at Central Park: Three (3) people were nominated. They are as follows: Lawrence Harris, Leslie Kilgore and Michael Malone.

Motion to close the floor was made first by Bob Linberg from the Manors at Central Park and seconded by Brian Pesola from Gardens of Central Park. Floor was closed.

Election Results:

Michael Grobbel (Manors at Central Park) 2 year term, Theodore McCoy (Kensington at Central Park) 2 year term, Brian Pesola (Gardens at Central Park) 1 year term and Michael Malone (Meadows at Central Park) 1 year term were all elected.

Election Inspectors were Rob Lindberg and Nick Colonnesi Jr. from Manors at Central Park, Valerie Sepsock and Velma Mitchell from Kensington at Central Park, Colleen Vakma and Apurva Muddappa from Gardens at Central Park, and finally Robert Gambrell and Timothy Fergan from Meadows at Central Park.

Motion to Adjourn

Motion to adjourn made first by Bob Lindberg from Manors at Central Park and seconded by Shannon Spach from Meadows at Central Park.  Motion carried.  Meeting adjourned at 8:12 pm.
