Manors at Central Park
Standardized Fence Design Criteria
Fences are permitted only for Manors Units 1 through 14
Per Section 3, Paragraph (d) (below) of the Addendum to the Manors at Central Park Condominium Bylaws, the Developer (and by assignation, the Board of Directors of the Manors Condo Association) has the right to standardize the design of permitted fences.
The Board of Directors of the Manors at Central Park Condominium Association has decided to adopt the same standardized fence design criteria as used by the Gardens at Central Park, the Meadows at Central Park and the Central Park Master Association.
Owners of Manors Units 1 through 14, inclusive, may request permission from the Board to erect a fence in their rear yard by submitting an Alteration/Modification Request form. Requests that adhere to the standardized fence design criteria will be aproved without delay.
The standardized fence design criteria are as follows:
Materials: extruded rectangular aluminum (additional ornamental components may be permitted)
Color: black
Maximum Height: 48 inches
